Reframing Defence Autonomy
PowerDecks helped Intelic turn a technical Series A deck into a clearer investor-led raise narrative.
Challenge:
Intelic had a strong product, serious traction and a timely market, but the draft deck was too product-led and technically dense. The investment story around Nexus, interoperability, B2B/B2G routes and Series A milestones needed to be easier for investors to understand quickly.
Solution:
PowerDecks rebuilt the deck around an investor-first structure: traction up front, a sharper interoperability problem, clearer Nexus positioning, stronger market timing, cleaner GTM logic and a more disciplined use-of-funds story. The content was rewritten to separate product, proof, commercial model and future milestones.
Result:
The updated deck gave Intelic a more coherent Series A communication asset. Nexus became easier to explain as the control layer for unmanned systems, while the broader investment case became easier to follow, present and discuss through an investor lens.
